In Brazil, music is everywhere, and we learn it from an early age, without having to go through a classical apprenticeship. The music workshop can follow different themes such as percussion instrument practice, singing, body percussion or work on an orchestrated repertoire of selected pieces of samba, samba-reggae, frevo, maracatu, etc…

CAPOEIRA WORKSHOPS
A true martial art, capoeira combines Brazilian percussion, singing and attack/defense movements. What sets it apart from other martial arts is its playfulness. In this art form, acrobatics are performed at different floor levels and speeds. Between speed, flexibility and slowness, capoeira makes you want to fight to the sound of Brazilian drums.
COOKING WORKSHOPS
The Brasil Afro Funk collective has the little hands of Brazilian cooks at its disposal for Brazilian cooking classes. Coxinhas, chicken coco, feijoadas, pao de queijo… Dishes to discover thanks to our Brazilian cooking workshops. Sharing a meal in a convivial atmosphere – that’s what our cooking classes are all about. Prepare the ingredients, discover new flavors, new culinary combinations… cut, slice, grate… Cooking is something you live, learn and share.
THEATER WORKSHOPS
Encountering the world of theater, an author or a play, participants will work on their presence, energy, availability, listening skills, commitment and the intelligence of the text. On both a personal and professional level, this theater workshop is a real asset for developing listening skills, energy, group cohesion, oral fluency, self-confidence and self-improvement. This workshop will enable everyone to take their place in a group.
Team Building percussion
Our artists offer your team a plunge into Brazilian music. You don’t need to have played music, just choose an instrument and learn by mimicry around your instrument section. A fun and communicative way to learn at a seminar or team-building event, our Brazilian percussion activities are always a real hit with employees and managers alike. In just a few hours, they’ll get to feel the atmosphere of a samba school.
